About Lisa

After years of patient & persistent effort, Lisa had a major hand in successfully transforming the way
energy efficiency (EE) programs are run in California now that we have Smart Meters installed on
most buildings.  This involved lobbying for new legislation (signed into law by Jerry Brown
October 2015), testifying to state regulators as they drafted new rules for the utilities (completed
October 2016) and finally... applying for and winning the first of a new breed of
"pay for performance" EE contracts from PG&E (July 2017).

Some of us think this is revolutionary.

In an industry where contracts, partnerships and jobs are often measured in decades,
Lisa's a new player. But she's getting lots done & has developed a great reputation.

While not upgrading the energy industry, she hiked, biked, ran, cooked,
organized the family, and planned lots of fun outings.
