About Justine |
As you'll note from the pictures below,
Justine spent most of 2017 outside. She continued working for ETC, organizing
and leading kayak trips for disabled adults |
These kayak trips usually started from Sausalito or Tomales Bay (both north of the GG bridge) and most involve overnight camping. These trips involve lots of prep (all the food, all the gear, scheduling, staff assignments, weather monitoring, etc), plus kayak skills training, safety talks, rescues, boat retrievals, emergency repairs, constant surprises, lots of fun, and plenty of exhaustion. |

Way high on the list of good times: a book and some wine on an empty beach near her apartment. |
Sprained her ankle for the first time
