We also had a wonderful week at the first-ever Stanford Family Camp in Molokai, Hawaii. Lots of activities for the kids and the parents, and some wonderful counselors that made the trip even more memorable.
We also continue to find new fun places within driving distance of home.
At home, the big project this year was to [finally] get a new pool -- Yippeee! The contractor was recommended by some good friends and they did a super job.
But of course, to go with the new pool we needed a new deck, a new rear lawn, and a (recycled) solar system, all of which kept Steve busy while his work was slow.
The pool's open all summer and the jacuzzi runs all year, so if you come by to visit, bring your suit!
